刚好最近在看Yalom的存在主义心理治疗。纪录片里讲therapy的地方并不多，有一个点很有意义，说它的目的就是去break the circle。还提到group therapy—reenact the interpersonal relationship you have in the outer world。在他和妻子Marilyn的关系和婚姻时花了较大的比重，感觉和欧丽娟老师提的有点类似。The idea is that you stand in love not fall in love and try to love in such ways that you’re always bringing something **** to life in the other.
